Redesigned CLX's conversational AI builder end-to-end. Replaced free-text inputs with option chips, gated recommendations behind core signal, introduced a two-stage flow that respects both technical and casual buyers, opened a path for human handoff, and added a per-answer feedback loop to fight hallucinations.

Led the end-to-end redesign of the CLX Configurator, the most differentiated and most complex part of the product. Restructured the layout into a persistent split screen, embedded an AI performance review, replaced conflict modals with action-first drawers, and rebuilt the experience mobile-first. Beta is now live.
